*Terms & conditions:
1. This programme is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents but priority is given to Stemlife’s existing clients who can nominate their preferred beneficiary who meets eligibility criteria:
• The beneficiary is currently expecting a child with an estimated delivery date (EDD) of 31^st January 2020 and later.
• The beneficiary whose direct or extended family member or friends that is suffering or is in remission from a disease that can be potentially treated by cord blood stem cells. E.g. leukaemia, Thalassemia & etc) click here to refer to the list of conditions.
• The beneficiary is to have her delivery in hospitals where private cord blood collection can be allowed.
2. Nomination period will be until 1 August 2018. (The deadline is extended till 31^st December 2019). Each Stemlife’s customer and general public can only nominate ONE (1) person.
3. Up to 3 free cord blood banking service will be granted to the chosen beneficiary during this period. Transplant costs (if any) will be borne by the beneficiaries.
4. All the shortlisted beneficiaries will need to produce relevant documents/ proofs and an interview session with Stemlife at the time and place specified by Stemlife.
5. Photographs, beneficiary’s families’ name, and any related information obtained from the participation of Stemlife One Blood’s programme may be used for publicity, promotional or marketing purposes.
6. Employees of Stemlife and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies involved in the programme, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons or entities, are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter the programme.
7. Stemlife reserves the right to verify the validity of eligible entrants’ qualification at any time during or after the programme period and reserves the right to disqualify the eligible entrant (even the beneficiary) from this programme including the cord blood storage in an event any misconduct for tampering or suspicion of tampering with the programme without any notice.
